Aside from the thoughts you think about yourself, you have self-defeating thoughts about others sometimes too. Those internal thoughts go something like, "Yeah good luck with that" when a friend tells you about a new business plan or a new relationship, etc.

WE HAVE ALL THOUGHT "DOWNER THOUGHTS" ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S CONFIDENCE.

It is negative and unbecoming of who you are on the inside, which is a person who does not want those same thoughts, thought about you.

When we think unsupportive thoughts about others, those judgments never feel good, and it decreases our self-esteem and levels of confidence. Instead of allowing these unsupportive thoughts to control our mindset, let's make a conscious effort to catch them and switch to a positive, abundant mindset. By wishing others success and positivity, we can improve not only our confidence but also the energy in our surroundings.

It's important to remember that everyone is on a unique journey, and we all have different strengths, weaknesses, and challenges. When we compare ourselves to others or judge their choices, we fail to see the full picture of what they're going through in life. So, instead of letting those downer thoughts take over, try to practice empathy and understanding.

One way to cultivate empathy is to put yourself in the other person's shoes. Imagine what they might be feeling or going through, and try to see the situation from their perspective. This can help you develop a more compassionate mindset and reduce judgmental thoughts.

Another way to shift away from downer thoughts is to focus on gratitude. Remind yourself of the positive aspects of your life and the things you're grateful for. This can help shift your mindset to a more positive and abundant state, which in turn will make it easier to be supportive and understanding of others.

Instead of letting envy or judgment dictate your thoughts, celebrate the accomplishments and progress of those around you. Encouraging and celebrating others is amazing positive energy - and their success doesn't diminish your worth or potential. Supporting and cheering on others can create a ripple effect, inspiring positivity and motivation within your own life.

When you're faced with downer thoughts, take a moment to pause and reframe your thinking. Remind yourself that everyone has their path and that there's room for all of us to succeed. When you genuinely wish success and happiness for others, you'll find that you're able to create a more positive environment for yourself as well.

Shifting away from downer thoughts about others and focusing on empathy, gratitude, and celebrating the success of those around you can lead to an abundant mindset that benefits everyone. By doing so, you'll not only improve your self-confidence and well-being but also create a more supportive and positive community around you. So, let's embrace this change and watch our abundance soar together.

Catch those downer thoughts and wish people success. Switch that downer vibe about others...and watch your abundance soar.
